Record Your Video

  • Video Length: 1-minute uninterrupted speech.

  • Quality: Record in High Definition (HD).

- Ensure the file size is under 100MB. ​If the file is too large, use a compression tool.

  • File Format: MP4 only (use free tools like Adobe Express or CapCut for conversion if needed).

  • Lighting & Stability:

 - Use natural or softbox lighting.

- Keep the camera steady—avoid sudden movements.

  • Eye Contact: Look directly at the camera for a lifelike result.

  • Pauses: Include brief pauses between sentences to ensure smooth speech.

  • Avoid Multiple People: Ensure only one person is in the video to maintain quality.

Log In to AkidoTools.ai

Go to: https://app.akidotools.ai/login and enter your username and password to login.

For Ask Akido members only:

  • Click the "Sign in with Ask Akido" button, enter your Ask Akido username and password, and click 'Login'.

  • Then, click the green Authorize button to proceed.

Create Your Avatar

  1. After logging in, click on Model 2.

  2. This is where you'll create your PoliVoice avatar.

Upload Your Video

  1. Upload the MP4 video from your computer.

  2. Once the upload finishes, click Next.

Enter Your Script

  1. Enter the script you want your avatar to speak.

  • The avatar will speak the script exactly as you write it.

  • If you prefer only one language, simply enter your text in that language.

  • If you want multiple languages, you can write the script in those languages as well. However, pronunciation is best when it's only one language at a time.

  2. Leave the Voice Engine set to Elevenlabs Voice Cloning.

  3. Click Next.

Confirm and Submit

  1. When prompted with “Are you sure?”, click Submit.

  2. You’ll see a confirmation message: “Successfully Submitted.”

Processing

  • The video will take approximately 1 hour to process, depending on the length.

  • Click Task List to check the status of your video.

- Queued: The video is not ready yet.

- Play: The video is ready to view or download.

View and Download Your Video

  1. Click the Play button to preview your video.

  2. Click the Download button to save the video to your computer.
