PoliVoice works in three simple steps: 1. Record Your Video: Submit a one-time video of yourself speaking naturally for about 1 minute. Ensure the video is in MP4 format, under 100MB, and follows these best practices: Use HD quality, good lighting (natural or softbox), and steady camera positioning. Maintain eye contact with the camera for a lifelike result. Avoid multiple people in the video. Use tools like Adobe Express or CapCut to compress large files if needed. 2. Submit Your Script: For future videos, simply upload your original video and enter the script you want your avatar to speak. Use one language for the best pronunciation. You can also include multiple languages, though performance is optimal when using a single language. 3. Download Your Video: We’ll generate your avatar video based on your script. No! You only need to record one video to create your avatar. After that, you can generate new videos by submitting your original avatar video recording with a new script.

You can update your avatar anytime by re-recording and uploading a new video. This is perfect if you want a different look, tone, or updated style for your avatar.

Depending on the length of your script, it can take anywhere from 20 minutes to a few hours for your video to be ready. You can check the video's status in the Task List: Queued: The video is still processing. Play: The video is ready to view or download.

Here’s a tip: If you want to create multiple shorter videos (e.g. five 1-minute videos), you can combine all 5 scripts into one 5-minute video. Once it’s generated, simply download the full video and clip it into separate 1-minute videos using any basic video editing tool. This gives you more flexibility and makes the most out of your video allowance.
